About us
Serve Pickens began in 2022 as an Outreach Ministry of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Family. Many other churches, civic groups, and community members joined as sponsors and volunteers for this first ever day of Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Serve Pickens grew and became a separate non-profit entity in 2023 for our second event, which was hugely successful. We appreciate Holy Family’s continued support as the Partner Sponsor of the event each year.
Both the City of Jasper and Pickens County have been very supportive of the event since its beginning in 2022 and have continued their support each year.
